Our house had been on the market for over a year without much activity. I was constantly looking for a house to put an offer on in hopes that might motivate our previous agent to put in more effort. I saw a house with Blair's name on the sign and called him to see if I could come and see it as it had only been on the market for four {4} days. He informed me he was actually heading to that house as we were talking, to bring the owner four offers confident it would sell that day. It did. He asked me about my situation, being very professional and careful not to bash another agent, and offered to take a look at our place. As we walked around my house and property, he asked all kinds of questions to really get things in perspective. He offered to take on the listing and the rest was history. Blair and Tyson were very active on our end of things with the sale of our house and were willing to go see a house we wanted to see, almost at the drop of a hat it seemed. We were very satisfied with their efforts in every respect and it's nice to know that even though there are no plans to move in the near future, Blair is teaching Tyson everything he knows after years in real estate. That way if it's years from now we can still call on Tyson when the time is right.
